nice place to stay....stayed in garden facing rooms.all the rooms have a partial sea view pros 1)nice well furnished spacious rooms 2) ashwem beach is 1-2 minute walking distance 3) the taste of food is excellent 4) allowed us early check in as well cons 1) the service while sitting in restaurant was not good and coordinated as there was a lot of delay in orders safe and well located near ashwem beach

rooms were awesome..service is extraordinary... swimming pool is a big plus.. awesome vibe we get there overall... only drawback is the breakfast... do not go for breakfast in this stay... it's not worth at all, in the same price, you would get top quality breakfast outside... their lunch and dinner and other things taste very good though but are way too expensive. every option to eat is above 500 rs...

Worth stay here... rooms very spacious and clean.. pool is actually a swim pool not just a water tank clean and very nice.... only thing they sould improve is their bfst as same menu every alt day makes it very boring , it shd be diff every day with more variety.... staff very courteous and their reception guy Mr Vishesh was a great help good guy.... we really njoyed r 8 days stay

Location and view was good. But the service needs improvement. They cleaned the room but Our food plates were kept outside our room for next 2 days. Being a 4-star property, Even the food taste was not good with very limited options for breakfast buffet.

What a beautiful property just 100mtr from scenic and neat ashvem beach. Super spacious and tidy rooms . Buffet breakfast was delicious.
