The amount they charge i.e. Rs /day is not at par with the rooms they provide for the stay. Their restaurant is clean and the food they serve is very tasty and good. But the rooms are smelly as the bathrooms do not have exhaust fans. The hotel looks very good from outside. Initially they have given me Room no. 305 in which WiFi was not working. Upon repeatedly requesting them they changed my room to 307 where the wifi was working fine. The conclusion is that the rooms are pathetic which is the major part and the food is awesome which is the minor part to be considered for the stay.

it was a great place. we stayed 2 days it was very nice. but a single thing which bothered me and made me feel uncomfortable was when I was sleeping with my spouse someone from the staff came into our room with their master key. and it was a very awful experience. I did ask them who sent them and they said the manager would ask us to come and let the new couple check in room number 106 so maybe it was by mistake but still not at all acceptable. very bad and unacceptable thing.

This hotel is the best hotel to stay in Pahalgam. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. The staff is friendly and disciplined, the rooms r neat & clean, food is good. Loved the overall experience. Special thanks to manager of the hotel named manjoor bhai for their amazing support.😊

average room in accordance with rates charged. cleanliness just ok. i stayed in B Block. there was a second grade treatment. no hot water facility. just mild warm water that too at restricted times. overall. better to choose other in similar rates.

The stay was ok but the cleanliness was not upto mark. Moreover the hotel was also not very hygienic. There were frequent power cuts. Considering the location and place the stay was ok but i was expecting more. Done

I couldn't make it to the hotel due to flight cancellations and bad weather. I asked the hotel to return at least 50% of my booking but they denied it. This attitude is shameful and disappointing.

Very Bad experince about this hotel .. No facility of gyser room heating and hot water is avalible for very limited time period .. this not the way when you are in-7and -8 temprature..
