This is my worst experience ..The hotel staff is rude and thoroughly unprofessional. The rooms are nothing like in the photos and small enough to barely accommodate 2 people. I have attached one with broken AC, and the other one with leaking water on the wall. when we demanded other room, the old farting manager in his banyan asked us to go look for other room at 10 PM at night. they don't deliver food from their own restaurant into the rooms and the electric keeps cutting off in between. whole place smells of cigarette and beedi. I was given a room next to the kitchen and it kept hammering me throughout the day. Giving 1 because cannot give 0

The room is a total mess. The bathroom was also not cleaned when I checked in. Some taps were not working properly in the bathroom. The room is very small & lacks enough light. Service boys were also very much rude & unhappy when it comes to room service or anything. Definitely, a not to book hotel for any near future. The only good thing I have found is the food joint named- "Bhajohori Manna", which is a really fantastic Bengali Cuisine restaurant. Advice to couple: PLEASE DO NOT BOOK.

The only positive point is the location.There is nothing good except this.Room was so tiny even no one can walk properly.Smells bad too.Only 3 piece of bread provided for breakfast.After 1/2 hour Tea reached after ordering.Lock was also not in proper condition.Overall it was not worthy.

The hotel and service is average. Since I did not have much time to spend at the hotel, this option was good for me. The hotel is placed nicely, very close to the Hong Kong market and to the auto/tuk tuk stand in case you need to travel around.

it is a good budget hotel available at the centre of siliguri, it is near to venus more which is easily connected with railway station..

Has to pay extra charge of RS. 1000 for Air Conditioner. Room maintenance is pathetic. TV ( Cable Channel) is not working at all.
