The behaviour of hotel is highly irritable... Iniitially they didnot allow us in single room as my cousin sister was with me even it booked for 2 adult. We reached hotel at night 10.30pm with a girl with me. I requested them to take money and give us other room. They charged Rs... per same room ..They provide the room where fan is not there. Hell lot of harashment has done with us.

worst hotel. they provided 800rs room non AC instead of 1350rs non AC standard. as we have had travel baby with us so we didnt go for arguement. 2 times of load shedding occurred for more than 1hr. but they did not on the generator hot water availability was not there. unclean everything , untidy wall, broken door of bathroom and many more

location is very good,from njp rlw station 10 min by auto, rooms are clean, well maintained, very close to North Bengal medical college, those are going high altitude destination for the first time, can spend 1 hour extra, visit nbmedcollege and consult for emergency medicine

this hotel is not that good. rooms are small. food is not that good. Geyser not working properly. U will get hotel parking. Tea or coffee will be machine-made. Hotel staff will charge u Rs 50 for bringing anything from outside.

rooms are not well maintained.geyser is not working well. Beds are small. rent is quite high in comparison to the facilities and demand. Not recommend to stay with family.

The room which I was allotted did not have a ceiling fan but had a stand fan that to an old one making too much of noise.... other than that other things were ok

Very bad service and management. Faulty electronic items like geysers, A.C and television. Untidy washrooms. Washroom doors don't lock.
