Average Hotel in a very good and centralised location in the city of ***. I would say the rates are on higher side considering the overall quality of service, amenities and rooms. We have stayed in this hotel from 8th Sept to 10th Sept. Instead of writing an essay about this hotel I would clearly mention pros and cons of the same. Pros : 1) Hotel is located centrally in * city and very convenient from commuting point of view. 2) Rooms are very spacious (atleast Suite) Cons : 1) Although the rooms are spacious, the same are not maintained properly. (See Snaps of the rooms) 2) Amenities such as Bathtub etc are broken or cracked in such a way that they may hurt user because of their sharp edges Also some dirty water keeps coming out through cracks in the bathtub. (See Snap of broken / cracked Bath tub). 3) It seems that this Hotel doesn't have proper TV connection i.e. with Set top box. They are still living in an era of non-digital cable TV connection (without Set top Box), which will lead to horrible and noisy reception. We have complained this twice but their technician could hardly do anything about the same. Hotel was prompt enough in suggesting some impractical solution of shifting to another room. 4) Centralised Air- conditioning installed in the rooms doesn't have its controller in the room. On day one AC's temperature went down drastically in the midnight which has left my two and half year old son shivering like anything. When we tried calling up house keeping, even there was no response. Upon enquiry regarding the same next day morning, technician informed us that they purposely don't keep remotes in the room as customers have a habit of playing with the settings. In short, they expect you to chase them in the midnight at 2 AM by disturbing your privacy just to adjust the room temperature. One second day, since evening AC's cooling was an issue, which was informed to House keeping without any delay. Some other technician came this time and handed over the remote for us to adjust the temperature. Somehow, even at 16' C on remote, ACs cooling was not sufficient enough this time, whole night long. We thought of calling the technician even though we were about to check out in couple of hours. After lot of research with the AC, he found out that main outdoor unit parked on the terrace was switched off, which was promptly restarted by him. 5) Hotels restaurant closes at 11 PM like any other Hotel. However, we were shocked to observe that even House Keeping stops taking your call around that time. We got to know this on the first day itself when we called up House keeping to clean the dinner plates from the room at around 11.10 types. We were informed to keep the plates outside the room as no house keeping guy is available. (See the snap of plates cleaned by us and kept outside our Suite at around 11.15 PM.) We had to literary ask them to clean the said plates next day morning at 8, as the plates started smelling bad. In short, if some one needs a bottle of water also after 11-11.15 types, he has to remain thirsty till next day morning till these guys wake up. 6) About the restaurant, they have very good but limited items on their menu, however, most of the time some or other ingredients used in the stuff will not be available. Every time our phone used to ring back after placing the orders for small things like coriander stems are not available for Tomato soup or Mushrooms are over for Stir Fried Vegetables OR King Fish's size is not appropriate for Tikka so and so forth. These are my observations about the said Hotel based upon my stay with the family for two days. I would summarise that this is like any other Hotel, which has nothing special about their service.

the best is that it is very close to the nearest beach...so one can easily enjoy the waves and walks on the sea shore at night...and in the hotel..staff was very helpful and cordial...and the room service was very fast...the infrastructure of the hotel was superbly built...i am very happy with my stay..

prime location, bang in the middle of the city… close to markets and rent a bike/cars… well connected to all tourist spots (35-40 min average) centre of goa… easy access to north and south spots… we had a comfortable stay and smooth check in and check out…

simply superb luxury hotel in budget no complaints no hassles faced very nice breakfast very nice and clean rooms very co-operative and guest oriented staff
