The owner was very rude. While we have booked 2 rooms with extra bed in each room, the rooms provided were very small. Also the owner lady started demanding extra money for extra person in each room. While I have shown the voucher, which clearly confirming that "Accommodation for 6". *** Next issue, when we went inside the room. light was not working. Also the light which was outside the door was also not working. The single person in the reception tried changing the bulbs, but that was also not working. Then he has to call the Owner Lady, and begged her that he will give a alternate room for us. Next morning, we found that no Hot Water as well. When I asked for a Taxi arrangement, I was told (by the old man in the reception) to go to the main road, where I can get a Taxi. Very good hospitality in Goa. If the person at the reception was not there, we would have stranded in Goa without accommodation. Thank you Gentleman. We should not be calling this as Hotel or Holiday Hotel. This is a LODGE. Do not expect any thing at all from this LODGE. I know, I don't get any response from the Owner. ***

Its a very cute little place operated by a lady. Location is absolutely perfect. Just 100m from the candolim beach. The rooms were very nice and clean. I got a good deal through Goibibo... hence was absolutely worth the money. Did not try the food/drinks there. But very limited options are available. It is more like a homestay than a hotel, because there is hardly any support staff there. The reception and everything closes by 10:30 pm and nobody is available after that. Overall, we had a prefect stay there!

room is ok I can pay per night they said breakfast will serve only 1 item not unlimited I think everywhere I gone before its unlimited I have to pay if I demand one extra bread here, second they didn't replace towels I paid and also they serve different breakfast as how much you paid for your room means differentiate everyone I never come back in this hotel againeverything room service to food availability nothing I like

This was the worst experience I had ever faced. The room service was pathetic. And a guy with long hair at reception was so rude, as if he was paying us to stay. The logge service is more better than this hotel room service. A pathetic hotel which everyone should avoid...

it was a lovely stay at the hotel..not only were the staffs good but the food was amazing too.you have a beautiful lawn where you can sit and have your breakfast and plan for the day.easy availability of cigarettes and beer inside.goos crowd.

Pros: - Rooms are clean enough . - .5 km from candolim beach . Cons: - room service not so good - extra amenties like freezer charges extra. - no swimming pool . but can use the pools of the hotels beside it . those are chargeable.

I booked deluxe room but when I reach they provided a single room,there was no facility available there but it was neat & clean.But the didn't expected this kind of room , very disappointed and had a very bad experience.
