please improve you're Washroom and wifiI recently stayed at Hotel Muscatel Roma in Darjeeling, and it was one of the best decisions of our trip! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like family. We were greeted with hot tea and warm smiles, and check-in was quick despite our late evening arrival.Our room had a stunning view of the Kanchenjunga range, and we even caught the sunrise from our window — unforgettable! The room was super cozy with heated blankets, fresh linens, and fast Wi-Fi (important for uploading all those mountain pics!).Breakfast was served in-room and always arrived on time — hot aloo parathas, toast, and fresh fruits. Special shoutout to Sahil at the front desk, who gave us a printed walking map of hidden cafes around Mall Road!The location is quiet yet central — just a 5-minute walk to the main square, and the uphill climb was manageable. They even arranged a last-minute shared cab for our Toy Train ride. Truly thoughtful service.Would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and affordable boutique hotel in the hills.If you'd like a negative fake review, a humorous one, or a specific location (like Muscatel in Gangtok), just let me know!

It was a truly lovely experience. Would recommend everyone to book their stay at this specific property if you ever visit Pelling. The staffs, the vibe, the view and their competitive price is all worth it. I think no other hotel in this good location of Upper Pelling will be able to match their level of service. I am really satisfied with their hospitality and also the room size is more than enough and i was really happy to see Mt. Kanchenjunga 🙏 from my room. Also, the response time of the manager is truly amazing. Everytime i called him for any reason he was always there to assist regardless whatever the time is. Thanks to Hotel Phamrong nRetreat for this lovely hassle free experience.

Best hotel in Upper Pelling.Mountain view Super Delux room,Well decorated Lounge.Staff behaviour is very polite and good.Room Service is also very good.Electric Kettle,gyser,shampoo, bodywash, soap, moisturizer provided by them. Well decorated, clean room & Very peaceful place. Sunrise from window. Warm drinking water provided every time in room service. Beautiful balcony in front of room.

Well maintained room along with clean washroom. Room was spacious and got a small balcony to enjoy some time. From balcony there was view of kanchunjungha if weather is not cloudy. We stayed for 3 nights and faced no problem, and stuffs were also humble and polite. Overall a budget friendly and reasonable stay. Family friendly stay.

Location: Bang on. We saw the Kanchenjunga from our beds. There are lot of eateries as well very near to the hotel. Skywalk is only 10min drive from here. Amenities: Geyser inside the bathroom is a lifesaver. Outside temperature was in the range of 3degC. Food: Service can be a bit delayed but food tastes fantastic.

It was an amazing experience, I loved the service at Phamrong retreat. The stuff was very helpful. The room was very clean and tidy with enough space. We enjoyed it very much. Pelling is as beautiful as heaven. Clean roads, beautiful waterfalls, colourful trees, etc. I'm already missing Pelling.

Awesome stay. Manager Ravi was very professional and helpful and he took care of all our requirements. View is awesome. We sfayed for 4 night. Room 4 and 5. Food service is bit slow but food is tasty. Can't aak anything in this budget A dining / sitiing area on each floor. Perfect location.

Hotel location in upper pelling, upper pelling crossing, police check point near it, in walking distance helipad and sunrise point 15 mint. Hotel staff behavior good, after order of dinner they can take 1 hour to deliver it. hotel price is standard, Room was very very good.

If you want to spend some time out in the lap of nature & enjoy fresh hilly food, this homestay is a must. Lovely ambience, great rooms & decor, wonderful host. Quality of food is awesome, barbique & bonfire with local made organic wine is a must during the stay.

pharmrong retreat stay good but staf not cooperative he told me dinner giving around 9 pm and hi forgot to serve 10.45pm hi giving me a dinner it's totally hotel staff fault
