It was satisfactory and delightful experience for me, be it room, be it food or be it any service. Everything was up to the mark. specially manager named Kunal is a decent person 👌 and he is polite spoken cooperative guy. Thank you to all staff of hotel swastik Regency. Food was really good and fresh. Room was clean and hygienic. A safe and good place for family stay. I was with my daddy. I felt nothing like of insecurity.

Nice and safe place to stay in silliguri.Yup yhe room was not ready for 3 of us but they arranged it in a jiffy.Reception calling phone was not workibg properly but bell button was there which we used to place food orderand the food was delicious.I would recommend this hotel stay to all the medium class people.

Very nice property. Well maintained, All the staffs are very much helpful. Very near to Siliguri Junction (3 minutes walk). Hotel food also good, I recommend this hotel to every family and solo Travellers. The hotel amenities and services are awesome. You get everything what you need in time.
