PRAZERES BOUTIQUE HOTEL

Smooth Check-in Check-out process. Rooms & Washrooms were clean. Hotel is as beautiful as shown in pictures. But staff needs to be trained a little more on customer service. Cleaning staff getting in room while guest inside is a big red flag. Front desk refusing initially then providing plates & cutlery in room service. While we understand that expectation is to order food from in-house restaurant, however the menu is very limited (no breakfast options) and they ran out of "French fries" in kitchen. Windows overlooking green fields, Spacious rooms, Coffee table, Good Day light in room, Comfortable sleeping space.

Hotel is nice. Rooms are specious and the staff is also polite and cooperative. However, the food quality and the food serving time is not at all good. We reached the hotel around 3 in the afternoon and ordered lunch for 5 people. They took more than an hour to serve the food cos they are lacking staff in their hotel.

good friendly staff and owner. calm quite atmosphere around. hassle free check in and check out. neat clean and tidy room. room had good amenities like fridge, tv, kettle etc. washroom was top notch with a bathtub. good experience overall and i recommend the hotel for other travellers.

Worst experience to stay. It's not worth the price. No service at all from the staff and the owner of the hotel. No proper room service, we don't care behaviour and a rented apartment experience makes it a big no for stay. You can get way better places to stay at this price.
