I was in pelling from 01.12.23 to 03.12.23 with my family at the Hotel. The hotel location is good. But the manager's behaviour (Mr. Bijay gurung) was not supportive and professional. Pros : Location.The view of kanchanjanga is good but you can have good view from any less priced hotel of Middle pelling or lower pelling. Cons : 1. You can't order food snacks at the evening, as the cook shall be busy preparing dinner. 2. Ther won't be any service after 9 PM. 3. There shall be frequent power cut. Backup is there but to get that you need to wait for 30 mins. 4. The manager's behavior is not friendly and professional. There are many negetive feedback regarding Mr. Bijay Gurung's behaviour, I also witnessed the same. There was a plumbing issue and self has complaint the same. The issue was not resolved till we stayed there, while asked to the manager why is not solved. He denied the same by saying plumber has solved it and he was not bothering about taking feedback from the customers. And he simply said to give feedback with Dont care attitude. It seems they don't care about any review as they are getting booking on regular basis. 5. Food was not good and you won't be getting many items from the Menu.

Warm welcome.. Got a room downstairs.. Was upgraded from super deluxe to premium. Still pls ask for a room upstairs as the view from balcony is splendid Toiletries include Slippers.. However no toothpaste.. So dont forget to bring one, coz the management doesn't provide.. Yes Loadshedding from 11 pm to 6.30 am.. Power back up for initial 30 min.. Then all blackout. The recception goes out of service from 10 pm to 7am Buffet menu and taste was unremarkable. Desserts however pretty good Decor 10/10 Housekeeping really needs to be better.. Very sluggish. Next night no Loadshedding / full power backup. ..

firstly they give us room no 501 which is pathetic in nature. worst room of the hotel. after our request they change our room to 503 on next day which is better but at ground floor. view is obstructed by tree surrounded. breakfast and dinner on first day is okay not great second day breakfast is poor they should improve their breakfast and dinner.Hotel manager is not responsive at all.expectation is high for this hotel but reality is bad.next time when i will visit pelling i am not going stay there. it is over hyped hotel not recommended at all

Booked this property mainly for the balcony and its stunning view from balcony. We are given 4 levels below the ground and there is literally no view and no balcony. Rooms are very old and bathrooms are very basic. you have to walk 4 levels up and down as there is no lift. As described in the description of the room, there is no closet, no safe, no cupboards with lock, no shaving mirror, No hairdryers. Very very basic property below average level property given for such a high price. We are duped and taken for a ride!!

Balcony mountain view room which was booked was not provided instead provided a damp room in underground. Manager & Staffs are extremely unhelpful and least bothered. No support or service provided as well instead of raising several support tickets. Altogether, utterly pathetic experience. Not going to book and definitely not visiting this property ever again. **BE VERY CAREFUL WHILE BOOKING & OF COURSE TO THIS PROPERTY!!**

Very good location, clean, staffs were good. Food is good. No WiFi signal inside room. Booked premium room, though room was big, clean and well maintained but expected to get a room in upper floor with better view after paying such high rate but room number 303 in basement was provided. Very Good, safe and clean.

great stay with all the essential amenities like heater, geyser, hair dryer, electric kettle and more. food options were less but was good. overall it was a very pleasant stay. completely safe . we were just two girls staying here and we never felt any inconvenience or discomfort

The place of the CRASSULA OVATA is great. The staff are well behaved and the property is very clean. All amenities are available in the room. The food of the restaurant is tasty. And the VIEW of Kanchanjangha from the restaurant is great. Overall very good Hotel to stay .

Hotel service are very bad and on first day they shifted us to different hotel as there some party is going on and next day when we asked for early checkout no one was available at checkout time. We multiple times call reception for water but no one is available

This hotel is located next to the helipad. Can have a good view of Kanchandzongha. Walkable distance from the restaurants and shops. The owner of the hotel runs a travel agency, Lets go. He can help out in arranging transfers and trips

Excellent view of Kanchenjunga from room. Everything was good except that they were reluctant to provide snacks and drinks in happy hours. After repeated calls they provided sub-standard snacks and tea. The view from the room.
