I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and all I could say is this is the most pathetic hotel stay experience I got in my entire life. There is a list of issues but can't put everything here so some of the most disgusting things that happened are:1. I called the hotel 2 hours before we were about to reach the hotel and yet we were asked to wait for 15-20 minutes for check-in.2. one of the worst hotle why u guys waste our trip by showing fake pics all bathroom are in bad conditions no cleanness, no geyser are working hot water supplies by bucket, if u mentions all this in booking we will book dharmsala which cost inly 150 rs per room😡😡😡😡

washrooms not clean and staff was asking tips for cleaning the washroom..food quality was not that good.. service was slow as they were not staffed enough.

Really nice hotel, quite a friendly staff, this coming from North eastern. Rooms and bathrooms are need and hygienic. They have solar geasers for hot water 24/7. Also wifi is really good. Very close to bus stand and golden temple.

Pathetic hotel, the room was not clean at all, there were cockroaches crawlibg everywhere, second the washroom were not cleaned from, years, theres a bar at the hotel lobby and guys keep on watching u and asking u irrelevant questions, overall the experience was bot good at all . Would not recommend to anyone .

Surprised to see such a low standard hotel **. Rude behaviour from staff, extremely delayed or no response from reception and wi Fi did not work. Hygiene was of low standard too.
