no place for ventilation..half of the time there was no light.. I had selected mountain view room but while check in there said there is no such option for a couple and only for a family room which was very disappointing..7 kms from dal lake ...

First experience of check was not good , they don't have any details of my booking , i waited at-least 20 minutes for check in. But rooms are big & clean , bathroom is also clean. Reception is also looking nice. The boy from Assam was nice & hard working. But geyser was not working, but they arranged 2 balti of water for shower. So overall good experience.

very friendly and hospitable behaviour of the staff. All good services here, a pleasant stay at Aala Residency. The food was also very good. 👍💯 I am satisfied with their services and friendly nature, definitely would recommend others too for the stay. They provide transportation services to local sightseeing as well as to other places of kashmir with a reasonable rate, also provide airport transfer service via their transport network.

It's a pleasant place to stay. We stayed for a night. The service is good. But it's bit far from happening of the city, but it's peaceful to stay.

It is too far from airport I would suggest u can book near dal lake or lal chowk area....It is Not worth it and nearly market close at 9pm so u won't be able to eat aur buy anything else so I would suggest if u don't hsve money problem and also have much time to spent in Srinagar So surely u csn book this hotel....

The hotel room is really nice.. but location is not so good. And they are having very limited timing of restaurant. they should increase it.

Food quality is good but food options are less... Food is prepared on order basis which gave us freshly prepared food and that was really good...
