The resort is spacious amidst the busy Thekkady. The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The swimming pool was clean. They have adequate parking but for some reason the security guy is pesky about who parks where. The main parking area had a couple of free slots yet I was asked to park my large car in a small cramped space. I had to complain in the reception to get it resolved. Except for this sour point, the stay was very good.

I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share some feedback regarding the dinner service. The parotta served was not fresh, and unfortunately, it caused stomach discomfort afterward. i recently stayed at this property and found it to be fairly well-maintained; however, it fell short of the quality i've experienced at other abad locations like kumarakom and wayanad. the resort has an older charm, but there is room for improvement in updating some amenities.

My honest feedback about the resort, its location, amenities, staff behaviour, convenience, food and rooms.
Location: It's located in the prime area of Kumily/Periyar/Thekkady. Market is nearby and transport convenience is there. I would rate 5/5.
Amenities: Swimming pool is there, very very small or tiny play area is there, spa / ayurvedic massage facility is there at extra charges. I would rate 3/5.

Room service was good., but the bathroom was not clean & came bad smell. Breakfast is complementary but only limited dishes were served. Somewhat we were disappointed & the cost of the resort is very high.
