This is a very bad hotel, it smells bad, they have taken 800 rupees from me, they have stolen the sale, do not make any booking in this hotel, it is not safe.

Review for Hotel Lucky Galaxy, MumbaiI had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Lucky Galaxy near Marol Metro Station, Marol Naka, Andheri East, from 7th to 8th December 2024.The overall condition of the hotel was unacceptable. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Adding to the discomfort, the air conditioner was not working, and the room was not ready when I checked in. I have booked for 4 nights with the family and the room is not ready when I came in the early morning. I have to wait for 15 minutes to get the room.AC was leaking in the room they provided earlier then we need to shift the room downstairs.Even that room has very dirty smell from the toilets.Toilets don't have ventilation. The bad smell from the toilet comes into the room and you cannot even breatheit makes my son suffocation and we need to check out within 4 hours of our check in.This is not a ...more

Very bad experience. I too could not get much rest at night. Some sound kept coming. Room service is very bad. Room was not even cleaned in 2 days.
