Overall very nice experience. Room was very specious with neat and clean interior. The staff was good, co-operative. The location of the hotel is also very convenient to reach and in core area.

The location is very good, close to a Metro station 5 The room was spacious with all the basic amenities but it is in basement with no fresh air passing thru. Moist smell as you enter in the basement corridor. Only one lift but no staircase to use. 2 There is No Restaurant and no Room service for food. One has to go out to eat and for tea. I faced problem in moving out fof food due to heavy rains. 1 Overall not a good option

Overall experience was good. Staff behaviour is unsatisfactory a bit. At morning while we sleep they came for room cleaning (pest removal)

Worthy for money. Nice location with a restaurant and medical facilities nearby, Also close to the metro station. Good service and friendly staff. The room is spacious and well mentained.

Simple clean room with all basic features. Bathroom was neat and all amenities were good. Got a kettle with tea/coffee option and couple of chairs.

I had booked a deluxe room. The room upon entering had the smell of cigarettes and the room had just been cleaned. We switched on the AC, to my surprise it was not cooling enough even upon reducing the temperature to minimum the room temperature was not coming down. We called the maintenance guy if he could do anything. The way the guy spoke about the trouble I had was in a rude manner.
