No drinks menu, no parking space, early check in charges but no early checkout refunds, no Fan in the room, No Hd channels even though charging high for the room, food menu is limited, average tasting breakfast, no Iron facility in the room, most of the amenities were either not upto the mark or some are not there, wifi is slow, liat goes on, no items parcel are delivered to the room

AC IS NOT WORKING.... we told them n no. Of times to repair or change the room they are not listening...... poor facilities
