No lift for this place but it is located in centre of Kalpetta town and good place to reach site seeings.
There is no fan in the hall that is given to me but you can ask them to provide rooms with fan in all rooms.
Parking is also available in building
It is good place to stay if you go in group as you get complete 2BHK flat attached with kitchen.
I have made booking a month before but somehow it didnt reached the hotel, when I called them on the day they arranged room in last minute by talking with Goibibo team.
