Pathetic experience of staying at this hotel. The level of sanitation can be understood by the fact that there were cockroaches roaming around in the room once lights were switched off at night. Don't book this hotel at all

subject: complaint regarding a terrible stay at agarwal pride hotel, purii had booked two rooms at agarwal pride hotel, puri, from 8th to 10th february, but the stay was nothing short of a nightmare. here are some of the major issues i faced:1. uncooperative staff: despite being in the hospitality business, the hotel staff was not helpful or customer-friendly.2. poor hygiene standards: the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar compared to the price being charged.3. terribly designed and unmaintain ...more

1.The location of the hotel is superb since it is next to the temple
2. They have a restaurant also which serves delicious Vaishnav food (no garlic no onion). The restaurant bills are to be paid separately and accept only cash/QR payment (Card payments not accepted)
3. The Hotel provides mosquito repellent if you ask for it.

very poor quality hotel. not clean and bed sheets are very dirty with yellow spots. bad smell all time. not recommended.
