The person at the reception was very rude. They were not willing to give me a room, saying they would not accept bookings. The room was given to me after waiting for a while. So don't make the mistake of booking a room here. Car parking is not available there.

Stay was comfortable. I prefer AC rooms for good stay. Non AC rooms are not good for day time.

the room which i booked was non ac, the fan also seems not to be working so well...i couldn't even sleep the whole night i was sweating all night

Decent accommodation close to Varkkala Papanasam beach. Only bad thing I felt is the staff looked really stressed with less energy. Otherwise, everything was good. They dont have any food options but there are plenty of street food nearby.
