Basically it’s old fashion hotel. AC not running properly, too much noisy. Exhaust fan not available. Bathroom is too slippery. Room size is small.

1. All the rooms at 2nd floor ( i.e. starting from 201 series) of the hotel are have drainage problem in europian toilet seat, it was always filled with water upto its half of depth.
2. All the rooms are centrally airconditioned hence cooling was very poor and you can only change the spead of the fan of AC.

It was a good stay at the hotel and all the staff was super friendly. Also I should mention the staff helped me out with my luggage as I had an important meeting to attend. Overall the stay was good and perfect as I expected.

The hotel is like a closed box, rooms are very congested and smelly. I travelled with 2 kids and the experience was pathetic. The only positive side is location is very good.

Excellent location..bang on Connaught place.
only negative what I feel is their washroom is better than rooms
I have stayed there many times ...just because of its location.
Rooms are way too small for 3500/- per night rate

Not even worth the price, the pillows are with fungus and the room smells bad odor from the AC worst room service, lift doesn't work not good for family
