location was good ,food also tasty,rooms were cozy, only drawback i found no backup for ac,otherwise evezeas good

The room was okay, we had booked executive deluxe room but the behaviour of staff at reception was very bad and unacceptable , he was not respectful at all as we were unmarried couple , he was behaving as if we are doing some sort of crimes , multiple times he asked if she is a minor and making faces. We are paying a good amount for this hotel but his behaviour was unacceptable. at the time of chkin staff was very rude. he asked me when will I check out, instead of looking at my booking details. room was good. services were OK.

There is no tea maker in the room. And Executive Deluxe room size also not 200sq.ft. as they mentioned. And more over in room Breakfast there is only one option like Paratha/ Puri/Corn flakes/ Toast even they didn't provide Omlette with breakfast except Bread toast & tea/ Coffee. I didn't find this type of service. This is very bad experience of mine.

the hotel looks ok, well , located as well but the room I stayed was 308 which was toooooooooo small you could not even move a leg. I feel it was sheer waste of money to stay in such a small room. Staff is ok and good
