The hotel was average. the best part of this hotel is the location. it is on the main street of Ram Bazar and you will find all the necessities around downstairs.

It is good hotel with view only if you getting room in the price range 1500.
Only problme we face is washroom no proper pressure in tap and toilets geyzer not working properly.
For group of frnds it is good hotel.

Location is good. 0.5 km away from mall road and 1 km from railway station. Room was spacious. Staff is ok. Delux thali for dinner is good. Do not book room with breakfast. They serve only aaloo paratha with tea in breakfast.

Nice place to stay in Shimla. The location is also good for tourists, which is around 10 minutes walking distance from Mall road.

Horrible experience with this place.
Hotel Amber is located on the market road for this You've to go on your feet .. Room charge is much higher than their service. Evn receptionist's behaviour was soo rudee.. agr aap online booking krk jaa rhe ho toh ye apke sath sath swtt behave n krte ...na hi koi facility provide krwate hn ... Isliye offline booking kafi sahi h .. with a much better price than this. Ha interior acha h, view acha h .. but service achi nhi h.

Room was good in size but there was smell of paint and polish which made living difficult. They could have ventilated the room well before check-in and there should be exhaust in bathroom. Also room service was very slow due to shortage of staff.
