bed sheets are not clean, beds are not well not able to sleep for whole 5 days stays. bathroom are very dirty, washbasin not clean, horrible smell in bathroom. very bad experiencei would have complain for return my payment but i have already paid amount but very disappointing.

priperty is situated at a nearby location to expo centre.

Outstanding and well maintained property. Staff is excellent. Manager Mr Avnish Chandra has been pro supportive when it comes to client satisfaction. Food quality is also very good. Hats off. I hope to stay there again during my next visit to Noida

Ac is not working in first time and not working in change room light is blinking not answering room service for 1 hours disturb me at list late night 2 am And I call but not solution my problem at night 3 am then i am tired and get sleeping at 4 o'clock Very bad worst service

This hotel is overpriced for the service and facilities they offer,This is a basic hotel with very minimal facilities, if the price is below 2500 then it's value for money, I payed more than per night which I feel is waste of money,As they didn't had proper Power sockets to charge mobile,They didn't cleaned room even in 3 days stay,Room was having mosquitos , even after telling they forgot,at the time of checkout they didn't provide me bill, they told that they don't provide bills for bookings, ...more
