It was one of the best homestays we have statued at it was so clean and beautiful also the breakfast served was so delicious felt as if staying at home away from home ..Overall will surely recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Thekkady .

Beautiful home stay, good owner. The owner is very polite they asked about how you reach the location, how the service of their stay was. The main market is about 1.5Km from stay. Good scenery from the stay.

my stay at anns ville homestay was very comfortable. host is really cooperative and surely makes you feel like at home. room are well maintained, clean, airy. parking also available and easy access to the property.

The caretaker is very welcoming and polite.
The room was spacious and toilet bathroom were clean.
Breakfast was very delicious, you can ask for the other options if you are not South Indian food lover.
The only con is that it is bit far from the main market around 3-4 km and doesn't provide lunch/dinner. For lunch/dinner you have to order from nearby restaurant.
But overall it is awesome stay

It was a wonderful stay at Ann's Ville, very peaceful & lush green surroundings. The rooms are very clean, spacious & well maintained. The owner of the property is very nice and takes good care of everything..served a delicious breakfast in the morning... you will get a homely feeling.

Good homestay near Periyar Tiger Reserve, the owners were very cooperative, friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean, tidy and spacious, breakfast was delicious.
