This is Not Acceptable Unhygienic Unclean No Parking at all Bathrooms are very unhygienic Service is not good at all.Water Problems Ac is not Working insects around under the Matters. And the booking Process is very pathetic All Rooms Sticks like smoking areas worst place I have ever Visited in my life. Worst Place.

I recently booked a stay at Hotel Apex International in Mumbai, and it was an absolute nightmare. The pictures are completely misleading—possibly taken 20 years ago or edited to hide the current reality. I have said hotel people that ur room is too much tiny we have three people and they charged extra. So i said please cancel the booking from your side, they said yes will cancel booking. But they hadnt cancelled. He just lied that time. They are wrong people. Now how I get my money back. Very disappointed.

The worst experience ever I have. I checked in now and found the rooms are far below expectations. pathetic room, bad smell due to that feeling suffocating and hard to breathe inside the room.
Request arrange to refund my amount atleast for a day, as I have booked for two days.
