Worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. I suggest everyone not to stay here even if a free room will be provided. I checked in at 1AM today & I didn't get any food, worst part was there was no mineral water available at that time. There was no manager/receptionist available at that time.It was an horrible experience for me which I never had in any hotel.

The delux room is incredibly small and the washroom is dirty. The room does not have sufficient lighting. The breakfast service in the morning is dismal. The staff is unprepared. The kitchen staff does not refill the buffet trays. One has to ask for food refills again and again.
