experience is very bad .. no door locked is available .. no water is available ... mattress and blanket are very dirty ... flush is not working.

Very bad behaviour of the manager Tejas who spoke rudely and gave us rooms that had broken tap, poor water quality, disgusting looking bathroom and cockroaches too many of them

Location is good but hotel and rooms are not clean..no room service...no hotel...even we can't get mineral water bottles here...

I stayed for 1 night, the room was decent with basic facilities. Hotel location is in main road of the market. Next time if I visit lonavala, I could wish stay here in the same room again.

The bathroom in the room was dirty...the water was not going from the drainage and was filling in the bathroom...we had television in the package...but there was no television in the room.. not satisfied with the room experience
