at the first, the reception guys denied the availability of the Suite. when I argued and told them that I have already talked to their GM, then they gave me the room. food was average but costly. they called me at 05.00 AM in the morning just to ask my car's number (despite fact that it was already written in their register and forms). the stay was average. The only good thing that was we were able to witness snowfall. it was ok ok.

This place is a good hangout for someone looking for a comfortable stay at Shimla. Rooms are quite large in size, very clean and the hotel staff is very helpful. I think the only thing that can be worked upon in the quality of service at the restaurant.

-No food available as per menu
- We booked suit and informed manager prior check-in into hotel about valley facing view and manager assured same, after check-in no valley facing room alloted and in the end they shift us to deluxe room
- pathetic experience, total money waste

this is one of the worst hotel I have ever found across my journey till date.
The hotel staff was no bothered even checking was done in the evening around 8 pm. no single call received about checking status forget about, call once we reached hotel, staff wasn't aware that we have booking here kept us waited for 20 mints in such extreme cold.
