Plus point are that, big spacious rooms with short distance from Sree Jagannath Temple. I hired an AC rooms. Primarily I was oferred a room in which the AC does not works, on complaint, they immediately change to another one, which has balcony also.
But Cons are: Lack of maintenance, Less attentive staff. I ahve asked for 4 times for a glass of Lukewarm water and it took nearly 10 hours to provide the water. Perhaps, this was happened as it is a Dharamshala. But it is well furnished.

Pathetic experience. I have booked this property for my parents (senior citizen) on the basis of description of hotel. Hotel whose photo are being shared is demolished. New hotel is in interior. needs to take action on this matter.Behavior of hotel manager is Pathetic. He should be ashamed of his arrogant behavior with guests. Wifi password was denied by manager. very poor service and behavior. Asked to get the water from Aqua Quard installed on the ground floor. No cable on TV and the excuse given that monkeys have cut the wires

Room was good and value for money. The hotel staff was polite and good. The hotel staff should see their washroom weather all tabs are functional or not. In my room the bathing tab was not working properly in washroom.

I booked 2 rooms for 4 people but only one combined room given by hotel management and they said that no more room is vacant in morning. In the combined room there is no jet spray available in commode of washroom. They give me two rooms in night instead of morning. I booked two rooms more than 5 days earlier but two room not given by hotel management in the morning.

Room facilities were not good. Even basic need was provided after multiple requests. Dustbins, mattress, blankets were given after request. Room including washroom wasn't clean. Wish I would have Booked in some other hotel

Good hotel , enough space, room size approx 250 sq ft, lift is there, veg restaurant,near to Jagannath Mandir west gate. 1.5km from Swargadwar Beach, heavy traffic in temple road so auto or toto will cost 120-150 for reaching beach from hotel in peak time.
Nice experience but lot of callory gone to reach beach and coming from beach. Very convenient to explore Temple and giving Puja.
