Room was okay, the fan was making constant noise. The staff was fine but untrained.
They forgot to give our Adhar card back and refused to pay to send it back to us

"Extremely Disappointing StayI was highly dissatisfied with my recent stay at this hotel. The hotel's location in a slum area was unexpected and unpleasant. The hotel staff's lack of cooperation further worsened the experience.The complimentary breakfast was falsely advertised. Upon inquiry, we were informed that only bread and omelet would be provided, and that too, from an outside vendor, delivered to the room. Just below the Sakinaka metro. staying here from last two years. best hotel in sakinaka area.
