Decent hotel and good staff. Near to bus stand. If you want lake view take 2nd and 3rd floor room. Price is high as per room. Recommended. Rating 4/5

it's location is worst . no proper road till hotel. no car parking. cheated by manager by charging irregularity improper amount. 1 - small glass milk for kid charged 50 RS. , 20 RS. tea of small cup . really cheated by hotel care taker. location was not good.

So, i booked the room for 2 days i.e 20-21 and 21-22. When asked for water at 6pm,i got no response and i again i had to go to reception to ask for water to which the guy there responded that" go get your jug and fill it from the kitchen,as we are not here for yo". Due to such diligence on the side of the hotel staff i switched my hotel on day one although i booked it for two days and while i was at this so called hotel Atithi, let me tell you, there was no electricity for the WHOLE time. I sincerely hope some strict action is taken against it as it really spoiled our experience at Nainital.

Nice hotel I enjoyed bathroom is neat & clean staff behavior is good.all over is good but I am not recommended for senior citizens.
