It was alright experience. Pricing was on higher side and rooms were not very clean. AC could not be controlled they don't give any remote. TV remote was also not provided

one of the third class hotel I have stayed in my life.
first of all no room available, my room given to some other guest.
a very 50 sq meter room given after half any hour that too no hot water facility for bath, no water provided for drinking, i have to request thrice for drinking water and than I shouted on them as i need drinking water on urgent basis.

Cheating done to me
I have booked a ticket with full payment of Rs 1338 /- from 8th June to 9th June but hotel said that they have no information of room . I have suffered a lot of pain in night and take another hotel, I have made complaint to customer care but no any update or mail has been given to me nor refund proceed .they are doing fraud with customer.
