Useless staff I booked hotel but they didn’t pick a single call to share direction I waste my money on booking even there is no option for cancellation

Not recommended for families especially if travelling with ladies. Had the worst experience ever. At around 12:30 in the night , somebody started banging on our door , me and my mother got scared and when we opened the door it seemed like some checking which continued for 2-3 hours. We couldn't sleep the whole night in fear as we felt unsafe after that. In addition there is no ventilation in the room so even with an AC it could feel suffocating sometimes.

it was a worst experience I ever had. washroom was not clean, masquito was the room was derty, ambience was not good but the location was easy to find, butit is not good for family

one of the poorest experience. They didn't provided any blanket, water. food quality was too low. I've experienced worst hospitality ever. Room was too small. location was also poor.

Hotel is located in very conjested area. The room provided was not clean and cockroaches were there. Toilet flush was not working and water was continuous filling in it which made very annoying noise. Service is also poor , after complaing about flush no one bother d to fix it first day. Second day they agreed to change the room by 12 PM but did not chang d it by 6 PM. Also the second room provid d was under their water tank whivh they started to fill in the late night. It made so much noise that I was not able to sleep all night.
