the overall experience staying at bawa international was very very good. the staff is very considerate. they’re quick. the housekeeping is also very quick and clean. food is amazing too. location is perfect, juhu beach is just a 5 minute walk away

The check-in was super fast and smooth. special mention for Suniti at the front desk who got me through the check-in formalities to my room in under 5 minutes.
Special mention for Viraf, who is an asset to the hotel. Exceptionally sweet, efficient and courteous.
This is the 2nd Bawa property I've stayed at in Mumbai and I must say, the service and quality through all their properties is A++.

Property is tiny in size as per the price it is not worth it. I have seen so many properties but in this price range I expect more. The staff are polite in nature but the room service manager is very rude in nature and they do not allow us to take our food to room also.
