very bad, I stayed in Room No. 414.they had given me manual key and told that this is for additional safety, what the hell this answer is.later I changed the room as this room has also some "chor rasta", so I will not recommend this to anyone.

1- They served non veg as i ordered
veg food( i am vegetarian).
2- lift was not working for 3-4 hours
for 2 days
3-the bed was uncomfortable as i it has partition.

staff was polite and nice. but our major concern was cleanliness and hygiene. rooms were not cleaned well. boiler, tv, fridge were not working.

execellent hotel . but The only thing is that 1500 rupees in the name of early check in. even though it was free. reception person one man Fruad.
