The hotel room's condition is good, staff are cooperative, location is approx 700 miters at Blue Flag beach ⛱️. The swimming pool is not good on our side it is outside of the hotel

They are not deserving any star because hotel maintainance are very poor, staff are not available for service and also basic service that means bath towel is not provided in room before you are asking for that, if you need any think for service, the receptionist provide you after 3 times calling, rooms wall/deluxe rooms bath rooms door, electric cattle and not good, my self stay in room number 4002 on 13/4/25 and 14/4/25, after check in I just talk to house keeping for plz replaced electric catt ...more

Location excellent, staff good & helpful, lift & restaurant available, cost effective, bathroom clean & in good condition, geaser working, ac in good condition, room decorations good & complementary tea pack with electric kettle & two bottles mineral water provided. Overall excellent experience.

room avarage, bathroom geyser not working, onliy one lights in room, some room only ac no fan, swimming pool very small and water is not clean, but Staff behaviour is good poliaite.
