The breakfast at this resort was very bad and useless. and the water doesn't flow properly in the washroom of this room

We stayed in the Family Cottage.
Room was Excellent , Clean ,Spacious , Comfortable for a Family .
The only thing that was Negative was the Food and Inroom Dining. The Complimentary Breakfast was delayed in topping when food items were over. Had to wait for the Food.
In all other means its a Good Hotel.

Benz park resort stay was good..courteous staff and friendly. Rooms were clean and neat. Ample car parking ..restaurant was good ..we had complimentary breakfast and ordered and ate too.. both were neat and good.. i recommend for benz park accommodation in future too.. situated on fern hill road and very accessible to all places ..

The breakfast provided with a dish pongal was rotten. The provided tea was cold, where we asked for a hot tea. The washroom was not clean n tidy. I booked a mountain view room but there was a huge pillar hiding the mountain view.

It was a bad experience while staying in this hotel. The thick plywood sliding door weighing 30kg fell on the bed while my 10 year old son sitting on the bed. The staff gave a lame reason for this. By God's grace nothing happened to my son. I will never ever anybody to stay in this hotel

Very good hospitality.. room is very clean.. no insects problem.. toilet and bathroom are very clean.. we stayed 3 days with my family very secured place for ladies.. 24 hours hot water available for bath and drink.. morning breakfast very very tasty with enough items.. food is ok..management consider to profide idli thoza in night time.. car parking spaces are satisfied.. no power problem..staffs are helping mind beliefables. We can select for enjoyable beleivable secured stay here..

I booked for 2 double bed rooms, but we got 2 single bed rooms which was so disappointing. As we had 1 kid also it was so uncomfortable and unacceptable. Then what's the purpose of booking or reservation, if you can't provide. So disappointed.

The standard rooms are small , not worth what we paid for. The amenities which were shown in the list was not provided. However if the rooms have been provided at lower rates would be fine. Coming to the positive of the hotel, the location is situated at very good location. The hotel manager was very good along with all the staff members. Kudos for their service. The most attractive part is the food. They provide breakfast and dinner and both were super tasty , they need improvement in tea the only thing which I didnt liked. The food were tasty and lot of varieties were there.
