The hotel ambience was good but service was not that great compared to the other 3 star hotels. Poor quality breakfast with no varieties at all. If someone is looking for ambience then go ahead with Bharat hotel. For the overall package, the Bharat hotel is not worth it.

Hello. I would give minus 5 (-5) stars to this property if I could. The hotel promises to have lake view, we see only outside construction of other rooms. No lift to reach out room. No ventilation to the room. Completely unlike the property posted photos. Rooms are so small it is laughable. There is no room to put any chair. Best hotel to have a pleasant and peaceful stay, good option of rooms, close to market yet non crowded and silent, good staff food is very nice has a good concept of complimentary high tea in evening. The breakfast dinner and lunch timing are short and has less parking space. Recommended to stay at this place

We booked this hotel n the lakeside view room thinking we will have privacy here as there is a sit ot out area.....but the hotel uses area outside the room for parking vehicles, encroaching the personal space of guest as people n driver gather around the vehicle n chitchat .... disturbing the guest.......rest everything was fine but inspite complaining on above it was repeated.......will definitely not give a good rating inspite rest all was good....as we didn't get the stay as what we had expected

Right from check-in, most of the amenities were chargeable. Did not receive even complimentary water bottle.Amenities like pool table, other game zone were paid per coin (50rs per coin) or 250 rs per hour. Canvas painting was 250 rs per kid. Rest free amenities were closed by 8:30pm.Also, at the end, I paid for 6 water bottles, mrp was 120 rs in total.Lunch was very bad and had limited items. I had a terrible experience at Bharat Hotel. It’s not a hotel—The rooms and washrooms are filthy, showing a clear lack of basic hygiene standards. Insects are constantly roaming in the bathroom, making it even worse. The pillows and beds are as hard as rocks, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep.There are fixed timings for everything, making the stay extremely inconvenient. the hotel is situated near the city center. the mahabaleshwar market is just 600m away. all the tourists places are near by. rooms were clean and 24 hour hot water was available in both wash basin and shower. loved my stay here.

stay experience we had visited this place earlier 2 to 3 times. that time it was really very clean and well maintained. food was also tasty. but this time, rooms were unclean, food was not tasty at all. chef needs to improve his recipes. before serving to it customer, he also taste the prepared food. this time, experience was very disappointing!👎🏻
