Fridge in the room was nt working. There is no fan inside the rooms. Considering tariff all facilities should be there for comfort. Reception staff is abruptly answering guest queries which was disappointing. For every issue guest has to go to reception which is pathetic. Need improvement in these areas. Average.

excellent hotel with great vibes!i had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the vibe is amazing, and everything is clean and well-maintained. the swimming pool is a great spot to relax, with comfortable poolside loungers adding to the experience.the staff is incredibly polite and always ready to help, making the stay even more pleasant. the rooms are well-equipped with a tv, and there's even a mac pc station available for guests who need to get some work done.overall, a perfect place to stay – great ambiance, excellent facilities, and top-notch service. highly recommended!

Overall nice experience but could have been better if could extend my stay for 2 hour by taking some extra charges and not taking chargers for the entire day.

great location, nice hotel, nice food. if you come with family or as couple, must book this. however, rooms are not that big but not bed. rooms are having wardrobe with lockers so important stuffs can be put over there. early check-in are difficult. i requested them to give atleast 1 room but as property was totally packed so didn't receive a single room early. overall, you can stay there, there's no any big issue over there.

Very bad experience. I have not seen any hotel with such non cooperative staff. Highly non professional Highly not recommended for family with kids / infants.. as they dont serve anything from restaurant between 10.30pm to 7.30am even if gets an emergency for you.. they dont have staff to serve things.. they can ask you to go out and buy.. basics like Milk for infants and kids
