amazing experience. Wanted spend time meeting old friends and they've big hangout area on the terrace and the setup is amazing

no cleanliness as the bed is full of hairs which shows it wasn't cleaned towels and bedsheets was also not washed which gives unpleasant feeling and rooms are small no tv. from there 5-10minutes walk to the fort Kochi beach. staff people are friendly. you can make your own food by paying for the kitchen for the day. you can stay there if you don't have any other better option. not bad but also not good.you can spend with your girlfriend as you can see people like that but I didn't see a single family when I went there

Very helpful staff, who created a warm relaxed atmosphere. Great location near St Francis church, Chinese fishing nets and other popular tourist attractions. Clean room with good fan.
