the staff is really helpful and sweet. such generous people. the hotel rooms are also nice and tidy. we got a balcony room and it was really beautiful.

-- Not worth the 10k I paid for 3 nights -- - No bathroom amenities other than a tiny soap, even when we asked he said these things are not given. This is my first time in a hotel that said no bathroom amenities. Bathroom was CLEAN. - No room and dustbin cleaning, - No complimentary water bottles (1x per room), - Frequent power cuts, soon room has 1 emergency light (somewhat works) - No hangers is some rooms, cupboard is dingy. - The bed in my room was very hard and low on padding so springs ...more

Staff behaviour was too good, food was awesome , location is also next to Mall road , just a issue of electricity for 10-20 minutes but Very satisfying overall.

The room looks good. Cable was not working until we asked for it. On the name of toiletries they just provided a small soap bar. Bed sheet was not that clean. Curtains look clean. The balcony is a shared one from where one can view the road outside. Washroom was also clean.Overall ok.

1.very near to mall road 2.staff behavior very polite. 3.room also clean 4.staff helps in every possible manner. 5.food also good(we order only aloo paratha and chai)

worst family suite ever seen. there were not doors or curtains between two rooms and there was only one attached washroom in one room. plates and bowls given to eat food were also wet and and no view.... its total waste of money....
