amenities were not good. no tea cattle.
no mineral water bottles given.
telephone was not working, no batteries in AC remote.
Manager and other staff were cooperative.
Location was not good. It was very far from Nakhi lake.

The stay at hotel blue valley was just horrible and the worstest hotel I ever saw.we have changed 2 rooms because AC was not working, and in other room it was leakage. the rooms were so messy, there was presence of fungus on curtain, we could not even touch that curtain.Washroom was worstest,no cleanliness, nothing .Bedsheet and pillow covers were literally unwashed and torned

worst experience with this hotel, I paid extra amount for triplets bed for my but room condition was danm poor, I had to shift in double bed room due to non availability of same room.
