I booked suit room . my tv not working . bathroom accessories not there only comb and shave is available . Food was worst .

the hotel is conveniently located. it has an old fashioned charm to it. reasonably clean and well maintained. they don't have separate smoking and non smoking rooms. the room we got smelt of stale smoke, which no amount of airing or sprays could get rid of. service is reasonable overall; some of the staff is very prompt and cooperative, some surly.

The best you can find within the central area of Cuttack. However - the furniture and fittings are old fashioned and so difficult to maintain. Will not vouch for the cleanliness but way above the other ones in Cuttack. Order simple food you will get standard quality - order hi-fi stuff you may be disappointed. Staff are very courteous and the internet works fine for streaming and Video meetings. Till a better place comes up - this is where I would continue to stay, when I travel to Cuttack. [stayed multiple times in AC Deluxe Rooms on 4th floor]
