Experience is good.
Pros:
The hotel's location is very good just at the start of mall road. The hotel has one restaurant which provides good food.
Cons:
The rooms does not have heater nor they provide any. They charge 700 rupees for heater which does not work properly.

The staff Behaviour was Not good. staff need to improve how to speak with the guest and need to be polite and humble always. specially the housekeeping. I was booked a duplex room online so i got room without view and the size of room are very small.the room bed sheet are torn and a-lots of stain on duvet covers so the Front office guys offered me to change the bed-sheet without any apologise. later the Housekeeping came and loudly saying to my wife they need to be change the bed-sheet. later i ...more

overall experience was good, the hotel manager is very good person, when room was uncomfortable he immediately changed the room....nice management.

Pathetic services. Basic amenities like tea, coffee, extra towel, breakfast in room wasn't provided. no value for customers. There is no view as the name suggests. They had so much of cutting that they ignored customer satisfaction. It wasn't the worth paying the price.
