Hotel was good but bit far from Mall road. Food was good but the lunch area was conjusted. Overall nice to stay with family.

I have stayed in family room with bunk bed for children but there is no selling fan room.Only one wall fan is sufficient for bunk beds.Room services response is very slow.View from window is good.

overall stay is good. food is good. but there is a shortage of staff, only a single person serving food in a restaurant during the tourist season. rest is fine.

This is a 3-star hotel with a good location. It is just 600 meters from Mall Road, 800 meters from the railway station, and 200 meters from the Old Bus Stand. The service and staff interaction were satisfactory. The hotel food is tasty and of good quality. The rooms and washrooms are very clean and comfortable. there were a lot of honey bees in the room, few dead and few were roaming in the room, have to call house keeping multiple times but still couldn’t get resolution. the blanket was torn and was stinky. would not recommend or prefer to stay here again
