Had booked the venue for my parents and they had a blast,Amazing views,cleanliness and very helpful staff.A very happy stay,and a great start to the kerala trip for them! Thank you team British county resorts for keeping them comfortable! 😇

awesome.. nice room, amenities, food.. pool filteration was ongoing and couldn’t use it.. overall excellent. recommended..

This is a very nice resort with an amazing view of the valley from its rooms, restaurant and other areas.... ambience & cleanliness of rooms is too good..with modern amenities..the manager & staff was very nice & helpful...there is a handloom shop and local market in close vicinity...where you can enjoy the Kalaripayattu (marshall art) & Kathakali...the resort is located at about 10-12 km at outskirts of the Munnar town, but cab or tuk-tuk is easily available for site seeing.... The ambience, cleanliness and room size is too good...

the room was good and bathroom was clean but was not much spacious and you have to ask them multiple times to do a work that was not expected,breakfast was good

I booked and once reached hotel in morning the room was not available. o. hotel staff was good enough to make arrangements in near by hotel but what about the mental stress we have while traveling with family.

Extraordinary view.Well updated rooms.Nice location.Breakfast is good but quality of other food items from the menu definitely needs to be improved.will definitely visit again
