the hotel is very dirty.. we booked ac rooms. i haven't seen more dirty washrooms in any hotel i stayed recently. bed linens were also dirty

Very very pathetic experience ever!!! Hotel staff is too rude!!!! Worst experience!!! Dirty room and washroom. Hotel photos are not matching with the room!! We left hotel after just check in. They didn't refund any money! Total waste of money!!!!
