pathetic condition of rooms, broken ac stinking rooms, not even worth staying for free. you should sleep in the gurudwara.

Nice place to stay. However I would suggest to dine outside as this hotel supplies packed food. Else everything is satisfactory.

The amenities are not given to us which was mentioned. the room was also not a deluxe room we didn't want to argue and spoil our mood, the rooms are not maintained properly and the staff behaviour was average. The door and the wifi was not working properly. as a family point of view it's a good. budget hotel. first time when I travel it was good but this time I don't know why the management was so careless and they don't want to take the customer seriously.

broken door lock they said room can not be locked but u dont need to worry we have cameras your belongings will be safe bed sheets blanket dirty. gyser not working. reception phone not working. no one picked mobile number they provided. Reached reception 10 times from room to complaint. booked deluxe room but provide a room. hairs on bedsheets abd they said we replced it all ready. Even complained but nothing resolved. I suggest never go there.

worst experience today, I have check-in in just 3 hours because of nonavailability of drinking water tea, as per them they have only room service. also, they don't have a parking service so i parked my car on the road with no security.

It was a worse of the worse experience living at this hotel. I have been travelling for so long but never had such experience.
- The guest services are below the satisfaction line for sure.
- Room was not clean. Pillow covers, blankets and bed sheets needed a deep cleaning.
- I saw a RAT in the room.
- Blankets and cushions were dirty and unwashed.
- Even everything was inclusive, No toiletries, towels or supplies were provided, until asked. After requesting, the towels provided were like 20 y ...more

It was a great stay, the staff and management was completely accommodative for our requests with respect to checking in and out, wonderful service level, good communication and presentation, tea was fantastic, though the room flooring could have been more clean but overall hygiene was good in the hotel.Overall a pleasant stay, good option for people visiting Amritsar, its very near to the main bus stand, lots of inexpensive rickshaw options available there, just stay smart to bargain.staff suppo ...more
