I asked him to change the room as the rooms were not so clear specifically the washroom. Service is slow and food is good. Cleaning staff come after 1/2 n hour as we waited for him, we have to go outside.Area is safe and sound of hotel.

Rooms are full of amenities. They provided some inferior room initially, but the next day changed on request. The location is good.

I have only positive things to say: The property is located in the heart of the city and easy to locate. It's a decent, quaint property with accommodating staff. I loved my first stay; looks like there'll be more stays in the future. :) The safety of staying alone.

very poor in management. I booked my room in morning and when I reached in afternoon, they informed that they dont have the rooms available. They had our bookings since morning to evening with them. Yet on top of that they could not call us and inform that the room is not available. They could not search another room for us in nearby hotels. Then we only booked another hotel in a very shabby place. It took 2 hours of mental and physical harrasment. They could have simply give a call and save all the harrassment for us.
