Staff behavior, amenities and services were average. Location was excellent. There was dining facility, but it was expensive. There was no complimentary services.

They called us 1hr before check in time saying that rooms are not available. When we didn't accept the excuse, he started saying that they are facing maintenance issue.

Hotel is 6 km from munnar food facilities are not available and nearby very costly manager behaviour is good

Actually the room we booked is quite small not spacious like in the photo given so we paid extra amount for another bigger room that was good...Then the food(they buy it from outside) was ok not that great not recommend for the money.Also the location of the place is in very steep road not prefered for old people's. The place is in the outer region of munnar town so it's very calm and peaceful..
